 On Sunday evening, November 15 we will continue our series on the “Sermon on the Mount” from the Gospel according to Matthew, chapters 5 thru 7. It is the longest section of Jesus’ teachings in the Gospel. The Sermon’s basic theme is that Jesus came not to abolish the Law and the Prophets but to fulfill them. Sunday’s session will discuss the famous “Beatitudes” in chapter 5.
