Kasa Bainesay-Harbor is the Deputy Consul General at the Israeli Consulate in Miami. Previously, she served as the Deputy Head of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand. Before being assigned to New Zealand, Kasa served as the Deputy Head of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Yangon, Myanmar.

Kasa holds an M.A. from Tel-Aviv University in the field of Public Policy and a B.A. from Hebrew University in the field of International Relations and Education. She is fluent in Amharic, Hebrew and English
